医疗保健管理的政策、人口和创新/经济方面

These two courses, taken simultaneously, are highly integrated, 结合项目和讲座，展示经济理论之间的联系, health care policy, and innovation.  重点是创新和创造性方法，以应对当前的卫生挑战.  Students participate in “Tiger Tank”, 一个挑战学生运用设计思维的项目, creative problem solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset, 最后是一场演讲比赛，各组向外部评委展示他们的问题解决方案.

Capstone Seminar

本课程是学术环境和实习经验之间的桥梁. 每个学生参加两个独立的咨询小组，开发和交付现实世界的项目，以不同的医疗保健组织.  Working directly with these organizations, 学生团队完成一个与医疗机构合作设计的项目.  最终的演示文稿将在客户端站点交付给赞助执行人员.

专业发展，领导力和冲突管理

这是领导力发展的两门课程. 第一门课程侧重于“领导自己”，强调专业发展, emotional intelligence, and crucial conversations.  The second course focuses on “leading others”.  这两门课程旨在为学生提供成为高效领导者的工具.

Health Care Performance Improvement

介绍指导和维持卫生保健组织绩效改进的基本原理, including leadership, culture, employee onboarding and engagement, customer relationship management, and contemporary performance improvement concepts, tools, and techniques.

Health Care Strategic Planning and Marketing

对卫生保健管理人员使用的战略规划和营销过程的分析. 学生将研究这些模型和方法如何应用于患者, physicians, 管理医疗购买者作为医疗保健服务的独立市场.

Clinical Decision Making

Students gain an understanding of the process, priorities, motivations, strengths, 临床决策的局限性，同时探索临床医生之间的关系，并提供病人护理.
